Manure
In gardening terms, manure is decomposed animal waste material; the same way that compost is decomposed plant material. It is used as a soil amendment.

Additional Information
Adding raw or fresh manure to a compost pile can stimulate the activity due to its high nitrogen content. However, do not add raw manure directly to your garden.
